Who we are
Clickless Marketing ("we", "us" or "our") is a digital marketing business based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website (https://clickless.ca) and when you contact us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, usually your name, email address, phone number, business name and details about what you need.
When you visit the website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information so the site can load and stay secure. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, preferred language, the pages you request and the time of your visit. We don't use this information to identify you.
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it has no forms that collect personal information. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
If you become a client
To provide our services, we may also handle information such as billing details, access to your marketing and advertising accounts, and customer data stored in tools we manage for you. We use it only to deliver the services you've asked for, as agreed with you.
How we use your information

- To keep the website working, secure and protected from abuse
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and preferences
We don't use cookies to track you. If you pause animations, that choice is saved on your device only. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may also set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks. None of these follow you across other websites.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and security provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, and our accounting and client management tools. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it's there, it's subject to the laws of that country and may be accessed by its courts, law enforcement or national security authorities.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example financial records we must keep for tax purposes. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website, access controls on our accounts, and limiting access to the people who need it to do their work.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete
- Stop using your information, or stop sending you marketing emails
